Delivery and return
Terms of delivery:
- Delivery charges apply depending on the products ordered. The shipping costs are displayed in the basket before the validation of the order.
- Delivery only in Switzerland.
- Delivery time between 3 and 4 days from the order.
Conditions of return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- The request must be made by mail (or via the contact form) at info@mobisport.ch
- The articles must be in perfect condition with all labels and accessories and must be returned in their original packaging. They must not have been used.
- In case of cancellation, the return is the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to select a secure method of shipping and keep the proof of shipment.
- Mobisport reserves the right to refuse the refund if the package(s) do not meet the above return criteria. The return of refused parcel remains with the load of the customer.
How to make a return ?
- Send a message via the contact form (or by mail to info@mobisport.ch)
- This message must contain your order number, the list of returned items and a message about the reasons for your return.
- Upon receipt of the message, we will send you a summary of the return conditions listed above.
- After reception and verification of the package, we will proceed to the refunding on the means of payment used at the time of the purchase, under 15 days.
